They've been doing that for years.
A friend of mine visited some years ago now and he started showing me all of these pics he took in the favelas. Didn't even have a guide he just wandered around on his own. Even got himself a qt Hue gf that he brought over here for a bit.
Knowing the way he is I still don't understand how he didn't get murdered.
