Since the NFL games are rare 'treats' in the UK the tickets sell out quickly because these fans are starved. If every game of the regular season was held in the UK attendances would plummet.

There's no converting people in Canada to the NFL, most Canadians live close enough to the United States that with a good weekend trip they can drive or even take a train and see a game.With the International games the stated purpose is to convert people, create international fanbases for teams and expand NFL's popularity globally.Canadians already watch the NFL on Sunday, root for a team they've had since they started watching when Justin Trudeau's dad was running the country and talk about the couple players on their CFL team that made a real impact in the NFL.
