The problem with Tomlin is that he is too player friendly and the players are not prepared for their games. It is why I unironically think having an old guy around helps. Maybe Aaron Rodgers isn't the best example because he's not exactly a playoff winner but Tomlin needs an experienced old guy in the clubhouse to keep the niggas in line because he's not gonna do it.
