I think post 2005 or thereabouts the NBA diverged and became a different sport, "international basketball"; Jordans era was still American Basketball and the superior game. It required way more skill and ability, they had constraints. It was harder to score, to play, to succeed. Lebron is the greatest in International Basketball era, but Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time
