The NBA should have some throwback games every season that use old rules and equipment. I want to see players making mega-shots into peach baskets, getting fouls for dribbling, and officials climbing ladders to retrieve the ball from the peach basket

They can just nail up a replacement basket when a monster dunk wrecks it. It'd be a lot easier than fixing the backboard after backboard shattering dunks.

I'm surprised I can't find videos of people playing games with the original rules and similar equipment. There are a bunch of videos of people playing old timey baseball. Granted, baseball fans tend to be more autistic and weird than basketball fans.
