Saudi-Arabia will be even worse in this regard. It's bullshit from start to finish, not only the Neom stadium. They will have the necessary amount of stadiums, and they will be pretty fancy all in all. But they won't be what was promised. And Saudi-Arabia having 16 stadiums of that size won't be sustainable either
