There are tons of teams that are stuck in perpetual shittiness.>Bulls>Hornets>Kings>Nets>Wizards>Jazz>Pelicans>TrailblazersI won't put them on this list but I'll give them an honorable mention because Magic only just recently got good. 76ers have been alright for the past couple of years but they were in perpetual shittiness for decades. And Detroit was a shit hole as well for sports but they're actually #1 in the East right now, so I'll give them a pass...but that's still almost 40% of the teams that are just straight up dog shit.
