Everyone besides JNL and JDM were controlled opposition. And I think you underestimate how retarded the average Benfica sócio is if you think JDM will get there anytime soon. Rui Costa won 1 league title and 2 cups and still won by a landslide. All he needs is the league title Amorim will give him (after Mourinho is inevitably fired and gets his sweet compensation) and he'll win by a landslide again, especially because he won't have opposition as strong as last year. I rate Enzo but he hasn't been great. Ríos is curious because he can either be the worst or best player on the pitch and you never know what you're going to get. But he was obviously massively overpriced for his quality.
