They only started their rebuild two years ago and they've already brought in 8 first rounders and 2 2nd rounders over the last two drafts. They'll likely have another top 3 pick and early 2nd rounder this year. Pretty good start to a rebuild. I'd be much more worried about teams carrying old blokes that are about to bottom out just as Tassie comes in.
What should Richmond be doing differently to what they are to rebuild?

i am by no means a richmond supporter but it is hard to deny that they did better than anyone expected them to last year. there's a reason their win over carlton was the biggest upset of the year. they are recruiting well and will be good in a few years time. the iggs have not recruited well and will be spending a little more time on the bottom of the ladder.
