I honestly don’t even care anymore. Been watching this team since the jets game in 1998 with garrison Hearst so I’ve never watched them win a Super Bowl, and I never will. Only sport I watch anymore, and the only team I care about will never win again. got lucky with Montana, young gave us one, and they will never win again, just like the bulls after Jordan. Would have been nice to see them win so I could have had a few minutes of happiness to distract me from being a complete loser, but I can’t even have that unfortunately. Don’t care anymore.

49ers are a joke franchise propped up by a lack of salary cap for all their super bowls and got lucky with Walsh Montana and rice. Funny how once they all left and the salary cap started they’ve never won anything. They’re an irrelevant joke and the Seahawks are a better franchise as evidenced by a much stronger history, never end up in last place, excellent drafting, etc etc etc.

Franchises wanted to pocket more money instead of paying players. The 49er winning formula wasn't ever the Yankees, where they had more money to throw around than everyone else. They just cared more about investing in players than taking short term profit for the stockholders.
