I don't pay attention to poverty ball much, but over the years on /sp/ I've learned about Ronaldo and Messi, and every time Ronaldo is brought up Messi is always brought up, while Messi can be brought up on his own without comparison.

Based on my personal experience. Mostly prevalent in high school since there is still competition at that level.
