Just watched Horner video with his son. He never done an interval session in his life. And people still surprised and outraged that random pro jobbers are faster than the top cyclists from the past. Lance and Johan and have spoken about this before how their training was amateur compared to today. And everyone else was amateur compared to them at the time.
