This is from memory: the are taster/test sessions at Bath but I think they concentrate mostly on identifying young talent (teens- early/mid 20s). Iirc the selection process occurs over a couple of seasons.Bobsleigh training and evaluation is also done there I believe. Not sure how much you can identify from a 100m track so I think they rely a lot on push times and gym data.
