They should have only one, maybe max two representatives for each sport from every country. US sending 594 athletes to the summer olympics is retarded. Currently the US has 232 athletes for 116 events. However this does not guarantee anything, as you can still be KWAB tier like canada with nearly the same amount of athletes and have just 15 medals (0.073 medals per athlete, compared to norways 0.425). Should just start using this metric for comparing medal amounts
