add a specialization coefficient
>won 6 golds all in 1 sport
at the end of the event they get multiplied by 1.0 when determining the final medal standings
>won 6 golds in 3 different sports
at the end of the event they get multiplied by 1.3 when determining the final standings

they get multiplied by 1.6 and so forth
