So, it happened AGAIN. We can blame CP, we can blame anti-semitism, we can blame Peter Blunt, we can blame Chikaner the canonical representative of incel pajeets, we can blame Iran, we can blame getting too cocky after winning the Europa League in the worst final that tournament has ever seen, but the truth is, it's just not enough. Tactics, determination, skin color, you name it, it all stinks.

Don't get me wrong, I still have complete faith in Tudor and the lads, but MASSIVE reinforcements and a new manager are urgently needed, RIGHT NOW. Otherwise, now that we're staring at the abyss, I'm not very optimistic about our chances of staying up. Not playing like this. What do you think, /thug/? Tudor #IN or #OUT?

Spurs are a much bigger club and they are in a healthier financial position than, say, Leeds in 2004.
They're also not as bad as Villa were in 2016, so the obvious comparison would be to Newcastle's relegated sides in 2009 and 2016, both of which came back up as champions. It's a pretty dogshit Championship this season too, so Spurs wouldn't have much competition in the event that they were relegated (which I don't think they will be).

Spurs won't get relegated. And if they do they'll be up the following season. Nothing happens, nothing matters

It's 2036.

Ten years ago, you watched Spurs go down after losing to Chelsea, ten years after watching Chelsea win the title from Spurs for Leicester.

Nine years ago, Spurs came 9th in the Championship. The parachute payments ended. The Championship schedule costs the arena money in lost time for concerts.

Eight years ago, you watched Spurs collapse entirely into League One from a squad made entirely of youth players they still can't afford.

Today, you prepare to take your children to a game to see the phoenix club "AFC Tottenham" as they prepare to challenge for the title in the Isthmian League. The now Haringey Stadium is still standing, now hosting pop concert residencies instead of Premier League football.

Chas is rolling in his grave. Dave is still alive and still rolling in his grave. Bill Nicholson weeps so much from the heavens that it rains on White Hart Lane every day.

Through it all, you look in the mirror. As you pick up your car keys, you stare at your reflection, eyes sunken, hope long lost, and mouth to yourself "Spursy".

Huh? Bigger clubs have been relegated already. Nothing has happened to Spurs yet. They still get tons of money shoved up their ass as well
>>
>>153741382
I was going to say that Man City in the 90s weren't as big as Tottenham are now. But then I realised that pre-Arabs Man City had the same number of league titles as Tottenham (2), and that City had won the league more recently than Spurs at that point. It's remarkable how they have psyopped the nation into thinking they are one of the "Big Six".
>>
Nottingham and West Ham are bigger clubs

spurs need to focus on their NFL games and american redditor fanbase - no one here understands what relegation is, they'll still watch tottenham because theyre the ted lasso team

has this been the game that has provided the most meme material this year? there were a dozen great crowd shots too
>>
>>153740385
It is really hard to feel any pity for them. I think they would deserve it. Not necessarily the fans, but the club itself. My club also deserved getting relegated when it eventually happened. However, Tottenham will likely get away with it anyway. I don't think they will get relegated. And if they do, they'll still have 1000x more money than clubs who do much better work, even some clubs who are - in my personal opinion, and I know this term is very subjective - "bigger" than them. But these clubs didn't pysop people across the globe into considering them a phenomenally huge superclub and giving it a lot of money, so Spurs will always stand above them at the end of the day
>>153741475
>they'll still watch tottenham because theyre the ted lasso team

No doubt they're a big club but you're absolutely right, their heritage is massaged to fuck by London bias, Italia 90 and some genuinely great players. At least with York City away back in Nationwide Division 2 and Mansfield in the Auto Windscreens Trophy, City fans always kept our sense of humour. Also Spurs have always been out bogey team so fuck 'em.

How come when I watch >us play, Archie Gray is the only one who looks like he cares? Why is Van de Ven so shit now? Vicario was supposed to be a decent PL level keeper, not the best but decent, instead he's the white Onana.
I never wanted Ange to be sacked. I still remember when he said, after winning Europa League on the bus, "I'll tell you something I'll leave you with this: In all the best television series, season three is better than season two". I was so ready for him to get another season and thought the jews in charge would be mad to sack him after getting >us some silverware. But here we are, a danish goblin and a croatian orc later, facing relegation. We should have kept the greek ogre.
But I'm shit at football so what do I know, if I had my way we would still have Mourinho.

They are getting a few players back from injuries soon. I really doubt they will get relegated
But if it were to happen, I wouldn't be sad. It is impossible for me to pity Premier League clubs, especially supposedly "big" ones like Tottenham. They make ridiculous amounts of money, even compared to their league rivals. If you manage to get relegated despite that ...
>>
>>153743994
It doesn't matter when "a few" are back when 10+ first team players are still out. There's not a single winger availible right now and when they do get back they play unfit and just injure themselves again immediately.

The team has quite literally not been able to field a first choice 11 this season.

Son left 2 windows ago and all these retards have done is sell a winger and bring in a bunch of average CDMS. It's going to be a true case study in how not to run a club from top to bottom.
>>
>>153744735
Udogie and Spence are supposed to return very soon. Not sure about Kulusevski. These three wouldn't turn Spurs into an EL contender for obvious reasons, but I don't see why they can't help make the difference in games against other relegation rivals
Romero being back from his suspension can also play a role, he seems to actually give a fuck at least
And then Bentancur and Kudus are supposedly back in early April according to Transfermarkt. On paper, that's a significant push for Tottenham's squad. No idea why you think it doesn't matter just because the season was shit in general so far. If these guys playing again does not make the slightest of a difference, it isn't because the team has been plagued by injuries before - if it doesn't make a difference, it's because the club is so dysfunctional that it genuinely cannot be helped
>>
I can't really see them staying up as it currently stands

West Ham are on the march
Forest seem to be holding steady despite being on their FOURTH manager of the season
Leeds looked poo on Tuesday but that seemed like a blip and I expect them to grind out some more draws and some wins
And Spurs look dire

I remember Son missing that sitter against Man City a couple of seasons ago that effectively cost Arsenal the title. Imagine if Saka misses a sitter against West Ham that effectively results in Spurs getting relegated.
