It's close to the second-tier world championship that we all want, but it's not quite that. I hope it succeeds, so we can get the actual lower-tier World Cups in a few years. The FA Cup also has the FA Trophy and FA Vase, so perhaps we could call it the World Trophy and World Vase? World Trophy would be for professional teams that just didn't qualify (India, Bolivia, Mali, teams like that), and the World Vase would be for completely unknown teams where the players are just volunteers, like the Solomon Islands.
