To spare you the reason why, I will just ask the question:Driving with an old guys old driver (stiff shaft, taylormade burner, 10.5 degrees). How much difference (assuming 115-125 swing speed) will an x stiff shaft and a GBB 8 degree club head make? Why I'm asking this question:Used to be a big stick on the course. Quit golfing when they made me play with no rakes for sand or pins on greens because...covid. Started up last year again for the first time in years, thought I found my swing again and was bombing some drives, tore an oblique. Out 2.5 months, and for the rest of the summer I was missing that pop I used to have. Ended up breaking my driver, and borrowing the current one. New shaft is on the way but the 3 rounds I have played this summer it feels like my "pop" might be back, now just trying to figure out if these 270 yard drives on this piece of shit are going to be 30 yards more

The club head will give you a lower launch angle and create more distance. You being comfortable with the feel and confidence in your drive is what will bring more distance overall.
>a tradition unlike any otherIt's almost time lads, unironically 2 more weeks.
