You guys need some kind of lower level of fast development of talent, the more organic the better cause you won't spend as much money as you would in something like a development league and you will get different types of players, but I don't know what is needed to get that ball rolling. Being athletic and being really good at the basics is doable at an older age, and is a recipe that can work as long as you have the numbers, which you do.Most of those memes where people put NFL and NBA players and say "urdur imagine if they cared about sawker" are stupid for pros but its somewhat true for lower levels and there is a genuine cross in skills between football and basketball. If you somehow convinced basketball americans to try footie you will eventually get some decent dudes.
