They deserve credit for winning in the World cup playoff but the way they got there is totally lame and undermines the efforts of the other teams in the qualifiers. I don't know why UEFA decided to make that possible. It means that you can intentionally tank your Nations league matches in order to get into league C and then win that, so if you fail in your World cup qualifiers group you have a backup plan
