Our team underperformed in the NL 22-23 season and got relegated from NL B, then became decent enough in the NL 24-25 season to win our group in NL C, dipped again in the qualifier group, but once in the playoffs they finally performed the way you would expect out of a such a squad.The other 3 teams that went through the NL backdoor didn't have this constant up and down in performance. They all ended in 3rd place and then stood little chance in the playoffs, as was largely to be expected, and that will presumably be the norm in upcoming cycles if this system is kept.
