There. I just fixed this bullshit league.

Every team that wins at least 40% of it's games will make the playoffs, all that after 6 months, and the 5-8/10 seeds will be dispatched quickly like they have every year in its history. It's mind blowing how pointless the season is

If the low seeds get bounced then the regular season has meaning. I'm in favor of scrapping the 82 game season for entertainment reasons but it's a pretty good way to seed the playoffs.

I remember checking the newspaper to see which 8 teams were getting in sometimes it came down to the last game of season.
