Ill try it again. I recently started watching TGL and really enjoyed it. Actual golf is not as fun as me to watch. I watch a lot of "esports" though so going from that to TGL is not a big leap. I really appreciate the putting and midrange shots. Every time I'm like there's no way they are going to hit that shit. Then they fucking nail it. This is, imo, the best annual sporting event in the world. It's so beautiful it doesn't seem real, it always delivers an intense action packed back nine on Sunday with chokes, stones and everything inbetween, there are always storylines, and it has the prestige of a secret society circa 1500 that literally murders dissidents and buries the bodies under an ancient relic in a hidden chamber as a sacrifice to our makers.
There is a vast underground tunnel system that includes a full parking structure for players underneath Augusta National. It's like Disney World. They stock concession stands by delivering supplies through openings in the ground inside the concession stands. Augusta wouldn't dare be seen driving supplies out to concession stands on cam or by patrons. It's Disney World, but for adult white males. The prestige is real (and fake) because it all happens overnight and underground.
