What kind of idiot can possibly think PSG was built around Mbappé (or even Mbappé, Messi and Neymar)? Especially after witnessing how well balanced the exact same team became when they left?

If it was the case, they would have bought 3 pure defensive midfielders and let the 3 upfront do their thing, never asking them to come back on defense.

The very reason why that team failed so spectacularly was literally because it wasn't built around the 3 stars, and the line up was exposing their weakness.
