A Sweeper is a pitch with almost exclusively horizontal break. A Slurve has more vertical movement, similar to a curveball. Or, depending how you interpret it, a Curveball with more horizontal break, similar to a slider. Basically>Sweeper>Almost entirely horizontal break>Slurve>More downward break than a normal slider, similar to a curve.
