ITS TIME
haven't seen these things since 2002, it's a miracle they are not digitalized yet
>>154226007If it were digital i could just download all the jpg
>>154226013
>>154225996Yeah I'm not a billionaire>>154226007>>154226013there is a digital edition ans has been for several tournaments. its not the same though.
>>154225996I'm skipping this year. Shit got too expensive.
>>154225996enjoy it while you can. Fantatics will be buying that shit for 2030 just like they have bought all the sports.
>>154225996yet another children's hobby ruined by manchilds and scalpers
"kid's room" at my grandparents' is covered in those from the 80s and 90s. Never paid it much attention myself
>>154226216>mindlessly throwing $$$ at breakers or overpriced hobby shops>not utilizing doubles to trade or sell to other bros to get more or fund more>not diving into facebook posts to unearth old collections from people offloading random stuff from the basement/attic to sort through while drinking and watching the game
>1,50€ per packget fucked you italian jews
>>154225996I have mine from 2014 to 2022.Shit is getting expensive as fuck
>>154226390I did always dream of buying one pack and turning it into a complete album purely through aggressive swapping
I have the 1998 one.
>>154227888The one where they're wearing fake tracksuits edited in paint because they didn't have the licences?
>wasting money on tuvalu, Irak or something
Why are these things getting increasingly more expensive? I stopped buying packs like 12 years ago because even then it was terribly overpriced plus you'd think children would not have any interest in it in the world of smart phones. Who keeps buying this shit?
>>154228507sports cards have also gotten bad like this. Ever since Fanatics started taking over everything, influencers got out of hand with their breaks on whatsnot, and everything went to chasing the 10 gem mint with PSA for fucking 1991 Fleer baseball.
>>154226415>triple the price compared to 25 years agoTo be fair the same applies to most things but I guess it's worse overall since there are a mot more teams now
>>154225996underage and b&
>>154226415I swear they were -,70DM when I used to buy them.
>>154230684Unc using Deutschmarks lmaoooooo
I distinctly remember a packet costing 25 cents for 1998. I'm sure they're like 2 euro now. Highway robbery
>>154230684they were fifty cents in 2006, last time I collected them. always went to the bakery on Sunday mornings to purchase rolls for breakfast and had a little left over to purchase a pack or two from the Kiosk next door
>>154225996I still have my 2010 WC album
>2010's were $1000 each pack I miss those days
>>154225996>7 bananas for a pack>number of stickers increased because of format change>still unemployedi'll skip this time ;-;
>>154232413t. banana joe
>>154225996I'm not made of money m8.
>>154226415>1,50€ per packThat'd be incredibly cheap for American sports cards
>>154233364These are cheap stickers though. You stick them in an album and try and fill it up.
It's very expensive now. It's going to flop here
>980 total base stickers>a bunch of special variant colors and shit>7 stickers a packlmao they're about to bleed all the dumbass adults who buy this stuff into bankruptcy
i will trade for 1 Ronaldo or Messi
huntin everywhere for this one boys. Wil trade some super refractors if you have it.
it's like £800 to try and fill a book iirc
I imagine you open the pack and there is some guy from curacao, without shirt
>>154235028that is why you have to work a bit. Sell doubles or trade for ones you need. Just spamming $$$ at packs and on breaks always will lead to spending way too much.
what the fuck is this, back then you just collected few stickers and that was it
>>154235128short prints to make it harder to get inflating the cost of the singles for those ones and also forcing you to buy a ton of extra packs and amass a ton of extra dupes that you will never be able to offload.
>>154235128>630 cards>4 cards that only come every 70 packetsLame, I'm not doing this anymore.
>>154225996Let me guess: extremely low quality and insane prices, like everything (((modern)))
SOVL
>>154241257Stop trying to deflect, Giuseppe. This product is produced by Panini, an ITALIAN company owned by ITALIANS.
I only ever used to collect the Premier League sticker albums, for maybe 5 years in the 90s.
>>154243246I used to do all my swaps on the bus to and from school.
