>No more stars: Champions League ball to be redesigned after Nike wins rights
incredibly grim news

Game’s gone

How many more humiliations must we endure from the yanks? Wake up white man!!
>>
>Kanye chims out
>It loses adidas so much money they can't compete with Nike anymore, anywhere, cause Nike simply outbids them even if at a loss
Insane honestly

Nike's stock is also in the crapper. Saw a Nike shirt in the shops today. Horrible quality. So much plastic. Was really cheap but not buying that shit. Shoes too, just buy Asics.

For me it’s the sunsetting of the Heineken partnership that really hurts. Always gave it a uniquely European feel seeing that sponsor but now Budweiser? Fucking embarrassing.

Logos, t-shirts, names of competitions, etc., change over time, what is important is the quality of the game and if the leagues and cups are competitive.

Let's wait for the new design, maybe it's good too

Nike is not doing better than adidas, they have ridden the outsourcing train to the final station and just slap their last asset - their logo - onto the cheapest shit ever made. And they are wasting tons of money on individual bids. There was no need for them to pay the DFB this much money to become German supplier ... they offered like twice as much as adidas. This CL supplier thing will probably be similar. Adidas is not doing perfectly well by any means, but Nike's stocks and assets are doing terrible

>Yuro company sponsoring yuro events
What's embarrassing about that?

The company's HQ might be in Belgium but it's more Brazilian than Belgian. Besides the Budweiser brand kept its American heritage. Should stop trying to market Stella Artois as premium because it's a pleb tier lager, good enough slop for football fans and the CL. Not being as bad as Heineken is the only edge it has.

>Invest all your money in admitted bipolar guy whose early career is all about his mommy issues
You reap what you sow.

Are they even allowed to market themselves as Budweiser? A Czech beer has the rights to the name in Europe.
>In the European Union, except Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Spain, the American beer may only be marketed as Bud, as the Budweiser trademark name is owned solely by the Czech beer maker Budweiser Budvar.[5][6] In some countries, such as the United Kingdom, both the Budvar and Anheuser–Busch lagers are available under the Budweiser name, though their logos differ.[7]

ABInBev is spiritually American.

Don't they market themselves as Bud?
Which is their secondary name in the Americas anyway
