do yo play any sports /sp/? we're all getting older it would do you some good to get out there and start moving around.

>>154268095Start jumping rope. You are going to suck total ass at first, but just do (3) 3 minute rounds. Even if they are goofy and you trip a lot. Stretch a little between. After a few months you should start to have some form. I love the classes because I push myself away harder then I would alone or at the house. I always leave drenched. Or if money is tight, try and find a bag for cheep and just do some rounds on it, don't feel bad for having out, it's harder than it looks.
