Can't recall the last time a final day of a Euro Tour had 16 players in it who have all won ranking titles already. Every match has at least one player who's won a PDC Premier Event as well.

And so Gerwyn Price makes it ten European Tour titles and his first since last July with a ground out 8-6 victory over Ross Smith. The Iceman led 3-0 but then lost 5 of the next 6 legs to hand the advantage to Smudger. However, Smith missed 5 darts to lead 6-5, Price hit D12 last dart in hand to break and surged to claim the title. For the Englishman, he is joining Danny Noppert in the "Won A Major But Can't Win A Euro Tour" club with that his fourth ET final defeat from four atttempts.Overall, a fairly standard Euro Tour with not that much in the way of surprises. Not even Michael van Gerwen averaging 82 is a surprise nowadays. Maybe he should stop crying about Michi Unterbuchner.The PL resumes on Thursday in Liverpool.
