So... how do we fix it?
>>154462012the return of Schalke will fix it
>>154462012Converting it into Oberliga
no one would care about it anyway, leave it be
bundes 2 is best bundes anyway
It really sucks that Germanons will come to this thread and say there's nothing to fix about the status quo of Bayern making everyone else their bitch save for a season or two every decade only because it's foreigners the ones criticizing their league, so as if it were an attack on their national identity or some shit instead of acknowledging the fat that the Bundes model sucks and can be vastly improved upon .
>>154462012transfer Bayern and Dortmund to the premier league then set fire to the rest of it
>>154462012Nothing we can do for now except changing the TV money distribution perhaps and hoping for the big names of Hamburg, Köln, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, perhaps Hertha, to not be retarded for years to come>>154462163Come on, everyone here hates Bayern winning all the time and would love to change it (as long as it does not mean selling all our clubs to foreign billionaires, because that usually is one of the main proposals made by others). We just know the "criticism" of that usually ends in retarded seething over us and our league - as if this would magically prove no one cares, when it actually shows more of the opposite
>>154463084Nobody cares or seethes about bundes on the contrary it's always Germans seething about the EPL
>>154463204Lol no
>>154463204This
>>154463265English only talk about bundesliga if germans bring it up first or seethe about EPL, its never on our radar
>>154464863Oh, I get it now. And "how do we fix it?" and the like over and over is just a divine offer of help from God's own people, the English, to us wretched fellows. We, spectating the grandeur of the 100% English Premier League with its supreme balance and greatness, are receiving this as a show of courtesy, a godly interference: uncaring because worlds divide us, but fair and - in essence - lovingThank you, master
>>154462012First thing I would do is change the logo.
>>154465196What's so bad about it? Yours is just two L's now, isn't it? Ligue 1 has a morphed L and 1. Serie A a big A. The Premier League is the most creative with its lion wearing a crown. I'm not saying the Bundesliga logo is perfect, but come on, you can't tell me it's the only one needing change. There is much worse
>>154465240I don't like too much those you mentioned either. LaLiga changed the old one for a more minimalistic one. I didn't like the old one too much with all those colors, the new one is ok but I would like something with more detail and some reference to the country though I guess that doesn't matter too much nowadays.
The most obvious solution and something any German anon from /sp/ can do is to burn down the Allianz Arena. That will hurt the Bayern significantly and balance the scales
>>154465501It's named after an insurance company that owns 8.33% of the club. Bayern would jew themselves out of this easily and get a refund. And they've actually been wanting a bigger and more modern stadium for ages. The current stadium was foolishly built for Bayern and local rivals 1860 to share: it ended up too small for Bayern and too large for 1860. Replacing a stadium that's still comparatively young wouldn't make sense, but destroying said stadium would allow them to build the larger and more profitable stadium they crave and could afford
For a national league to be interesting it needs to have at least two clubs that compete every year to win it. The best in this aspect is the Premier League because it has more than two. The Bundesliga needs another club that wins more leagues to make it more interesting. I thought Borussia Dortmund was going to be that club because they have been so many years in the final stages of the Champions League, have a great stadium, etc, but I don't know why they don't win more times the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich has won 13 of the last 14 Bundesliga and the last time Borussia Dortmund won was 13 years ago.
>>154465736>have a great stadiumIt's actually a structural weakness. Not nearly enough hospitality areas, and that's where all the money is made. Extremely large standing section, these are the cross-financed parts. Dortmund has an absolutely terrible hospitaliy-stands ratio. Also, they have an extremely high share of season ticket holders - these bring in less money than normal buyers. Moreover, the stadium is quite old already and costs the club a lot to maintain. But Dortmund fans will fight tooth and nail to keep it or build a successor just like itBayern, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg and maybe even Köln make more money per home game than Dortmund. And they have lower stadium costs. Despite the CL attraction factor and despite the sizeAlso, Dortmund as a club were nearly dead broke in the mid-2000s. They are structurally too weak to compete with Bayern, they always were. Other clubs had much better circumstances 15-20 years ago, but these clubs didn't end up with Klopp and a golden generation. For comparison, before Klopp arrived, Hamburg had twice as many members and almost twice as much revenue as Dortmund. And Hamburg is a better sponsoring location in general. Dortmund made up for that with an ~8 year spell of good decisions while Hamburg turned giga-retarded. But for the last 10 years or so, all Dortmund does is maintain their new status as "challenger #1" (if you can call it that) thanks to the crazy amounts of money they get shoved up their ass precisely because of that good phase they had. Once a CL regular, always a CL regular. Dortmund are not Bayern's eternal and logical rival by any means. At the end of the day, they are not strong enough structurally. They might be strong enough eventually if they stopped being clueless again. But they have been pretty clueless for years
>>154465933So, to be clear, they actually are a roadblock nowadays. They buy the most Bundesliga players, they weaken direct rivals more than Bayern. This would be somewhat okay if they were able to genuinely challenge Bayern, but they aren't, for various reasonsThey got "big" just in time to enjoy the fruits of an increasingly rigid modern football world where falling down once you've made it is virtually impossible. Dortmund have regressed from their Klopp phase, and they haven't done objectively good work in years. But they are protected enough to keep going as #2 overall. Though they came close to fucking that up in recent years, missing the CL and not having a lot of valuable talents in the squad could end their spell. Nothing more and nothing lessUnfortunately, Hamburg, Köln, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hertha BSC and the like squandered their potential and are either barely out of their retard era (but too weak to make big moves) or still in it. That makes things even easier for Bayern
>>154462036With Schalke's ascendance, that will all come into order.
>>154465013You're welcome m8
I can never tell how genuinely "Slap Slap Kiss" you Euros are with each other, or if y'all are masking your actual disdain for each other with a wee bit of levity.
>>154466746We don't know either
>>154462036Based knower
>>154462036A toast to Schalke
>>154465013OP could be Welsh
It's fun, I like it.
>Schalke
>>154462012just liquidate this piece of shit already
>>154463204lmao what
>>154465649I think it would fuck with them even if the financial loss was zero
Make it mandatory to field a maximum of 3 foreigners and a minimum of 3 U21 players at all times during a game. This solves every leagues problem btw.
>>154462163What's the alternative exactly?
>>154473788One of THE most based comments on /sp/ right now.
>>154462012Honestly just disband that league at this point.Bundesliga and Ligue 1 have 0 reason to exist anymore
No you see this is totally fine and normal, stop being jealous Brit!
This is like trying to save a woman from her wife beater husband. She will resist the idea, and if the husband (Bayern) kills you while helping her she will just go back to bouncing on his dick later that day.Germans don't want to be saved and thats okay.
>>154462012Germans dont want to fix it, this isnt a memeThey unironically enjoy bayern dominance and support them in europe. They sit there hoping they will buy their players on the cheap next season to help bayern win CL
>>154477436We're the same with man cityIf city win the league this year they've won 7/9But people want city to win over arsenal (not an arsenal fan)
yikes...
the most cucked thing that I saw when visiting Berlin is the Bayern München shop at the fucking Mall of Berlin.not a Hertha shopnot a Union shopBayern München. Think about it logically.
Drop one of these in Munich.
>>154462012Celebrate and Reward 2nd and 3rd place as if they win a world cup. Ignore the 1st place since Bayern will win anyway
>>154462012Playoffs after 34 rounds. Look at the Pokal.
>>154481491>Bayern won the Pokal 20 times>next time won it only 6 timesNot sure about that.
>Johann Ausländer worried about me AGAINWhen will you stop making this thread?
Remove 50+1
>>154480150(not true btw)there is a Hertha Fanshop however - also in the Europa Center and an Union shop in the Ring Center and probably many other places
>>154480150>come from a small industrial town of under 200k people called poopensharten in germany.>its cold, its dead end, it sucks but its home>the only thing keeping the shit lives of the people there from killing themselves is going to see poopensharten 04 on a saturday>raise a local lad, 'Fritzinho' with the academy since 5 years old>put up with him costing you vital points as he grows because of what he could become for you in his prime>he kisses the badge>he has a song>he becomes your star, keeping your small local club in the league>but really he hates you, his shitty small town, his inbred entitled fanbase, his teamates for holding him back, and his club for being shit when he was growing up>he actually loves bayern>bayern come in with a derisory offer>he refuses to play for your club, you dont understand why and turn to hate him>why would he do this to us, he could have been a poopensharten 04 legend>he enters his prime at bayern, winning the champions league, and everything youve dreamed to see poopensharten win>he doesnt even mention poopensharten ever again while youre stuck with them and have no way to leave like him>poopensharten get relegated that year and go into administration>but its fine, because you have a new local hero 'Klausinho' with untold potential to get you back up >cucks call this 'sovl'
>>154480150 I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than supporting a German club that isn’t Bayern München. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are watching, cheering, supporting, and spending time for a club for your whole life so the best players can go and get bought by Bayern München. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little club - shilling for the Bundesliga, paying membership, making sure to go to all the games, making up chants, buying merchandise. All of it has one simple result: the club’s best players are more employable for Bayern München who will eventually run away with the league year after year after year without any competition.Supported the perfect local club? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a Bavarian who has nothing to do with the rest of Germany who vaguely follows Bayern München. He gets to watch your players win the Bundesliga every year. He gets the benefits of your club’s players that came from the way your club supported them on and off the pitch. As a German who doesn’t support Bayern München, you are LITERALLY dedicating your whole life simply to support a club so another club can buy its best players. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck.Think about it logically
>>154480150Berlin has so many moved-in people and its clubs have been so bad (overall) historically that Bayern has a strong presence there. But you could also scratch together a lot of Hamburg and Stuttgart fans and so on. Hertha and Union aren’t unpopular, but not as popular as they should be. And Berlin gets rightfully mocked for it by many fans. Bayern bandwagoners exist everywhere, Berlin is especially fertile ground. Plus tourists, of course
