How do you get out from under the weight safely when going to failure on squats? I fucked up my tailbone once trying to put the weight the safety arms so I'm trying to avoid that. I try to jump in front as fast as possible if the weight is high enough.
Join a gym and use a cube(?) with adjustable safety guards placed just below the lowest point of the barbell when you squat. 'B' in the pic
