Manu have had trouble servicing their striker for many years now and whenever it has worked it's been a case of passing the ball to a fast striker in a counterattack. Zirk doesn't have that kind of pace, he seems like he belongs in that CF role that nobody uses anymore since he always seeks to make these smart link-up plays and be comfortable in possession in the final third. He'd probably be a much better fit elsewhere yet I always look forward to him coming on.
