why is he so good?

Tire management. The cars are too heavy so this is even more important than usual

alright.

he also must be good at the 3 different circuits that indycar is driving on (street, racetrack n' oval).

is the hybrid system ruining the sport?

It is a 100 lb anchor that does nothing so basically yes. The road races before the aeroscreen looked much more vigorous

ahh, thanks mate

is there something else i need to know if i want to start watching indy?

I could say a lot. Imo the short ovals are the only confirmed good races with the current car, and everything else can be good but usually isn't. Gateway should be good. The 500 last year was the first with the hybrid and it also had bad weather so the weather gets the blame for the race being shit. Race control makes funny decisions sometimes. There are lots of fuel saving laps at the 500. It's extremely hard to make passes on street circuits with the current heavy car. I can go on but I'll stop here

thanks, that helps a lot
