Everyone says Vinicius and Mbappe cannot play together, that's obviously bullshit because when they play against a very good team, they are usually quite competitive as a team, they can, and do play at a high level.A lot of people think there's only 3 'channels' in offensive football: the wings and the box. Not true again, there are intermediate spaces, beetween the wing and the center of the box, the ones that players like Mbappe, Ronaldo and Messi love. Vinicius is a pure winger, there's no reason why he cannot play with Mbappe. But that means you kinda have to adjust the rest of the team. Playing with a pure striker next to Mbappe is almost out of question, unless he runs everywhere and presses like a madman.
