It apparently was very simple. They prepared the thing and just handed it over to "other" Bayern fans on St Mary's square in Munich. There was a special fenced-in "celebration zone", the 1860 fans just gave it to people who had been let in. After all, they didn't want to unroll the thing themselves. Probably said they're from a fan club and prepared this for everyone to enjoy. Controllers didn't catch note of it, probably because it is relatively easy to mistake for a normal club crest banner until you unfold it
Frankfurt fans once managed to make their local rivals Mainz unfurl a choreo in which they called themselves whoresons, they used a similar approach for that (gave other fans the large banner and said they couldn't bring it in themselves because they had a stadium ban). Then the Mainz ultras had a meltdown and held an emergency meeting outside the stadium. But the Frankfurt ultras had disguised one of their guys as a security guy, so they filmed the entire meeting in which Mainz fans raged

It is a notoriously low-energy event. This year is especially dumb since Bayern have yet to play the cup final. Bayern’s stadium also has pretty weak atmosphere in general during league games. When it comes to your average league atmosphere, they are average at best. These celebratory events on the market square are basically tourist and casual central. Last year, Hamburg celebrated promotion to the Bundesliga (in 2nd place, no trophy) with 200,000 people on a weekday afternoon, that was at least ten times as intense and emotional. It is genuinely sad because it devalues the German championship, something everyone else would kill for

Because its funny and the rivers name is the Saar! Its essentially just brothels for the French and German hillbillies grilling which they call "Schwenken" in rather beautiful landscapes. That being said there is nothing there whatsoever and it is widely ridiculed by the rest of Germany (which they dont seem to mind too much though). And in their defense, the river was called Saar centuries the first Indian even heard English language. Still makes me kek everytime I read Saarland somewhere
