The hike difficulty is generally low but it depends which one you want to do. For instance the popular one with 100k to go from Siarra is disneyland tier.
I’d recommend doing camino del norte till you find a nice place and stay around couple more days. The camino lodged/hostels forbid you to stay around though generally or atleast frown upon it but you can plan out whatever. Do you want to finish or just do some of the tracks?

I saw Mads Pedersen in a Lidl in Holbæk a few weeks ago. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

The Lidl cashier at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the pasteries and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each pastery and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning and saying "I have an employee discount" really loudly.

It was recommended to me and I almost hit buy on an ebike with Simano Nexus and a belt today.
Then I hear hubs keep clickity clicking when I ride, that would be annoying. And somehow all of them come with twist shifters, and I hate that. I'd only use it in the city mostly.
Are they really worth it? Or stick with the good old?
