>Former Olympic cyclist Toshiaka Fushimi has died due to critical injuries sustained in a horror crash at a bike race on Saturday.
>The sport’s national governing body, the Japan Keirin Association (JKA), announced that the 50-year-old, who was hospitalised after crashing during the Matsusaka Keirin in Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture, died at 10.15am on Sunday.

Knew this was not normal procedure, never heard of this kind of thing before. This is a step in the right direction. I wonder who is pulling the strings regarding the investigations. I think Macron's response when he visited the tour was very telling and I wonder if he had any involvement. Weird that they'd get cringeshaart at 2am though. I'd think you go in for poogacar moreso considering he peaks all season long and is far far stronger than everyone including cringeshaart.

I also wonder if we'll see a somewhat toned down poogacar. He clearly did not chase the stage yesterday even when it was on a platter for him. Gifting the stage after only helping his team mate is a much more toned down version of himself. I know he's no longer got a rival in the race but still, get the stage at least because he's been ruthless at the tour so far.

As if he's sat there pondering over the options instead of it being a sudden split second decision. The decision is incredibly obvious that everyone would make the same decision in that scenario. So why is burrito being glazed over this? Media and fans are full of mouth breathing spastics. This probably happens every single stage where they're presented these split second decisions.

Remco now a lock for 2nd? Maybe he could still crack at the Galibier / Alpe d'Huez stage, but even if: Who is gonna take serious time off him? Is del Toro a real threat? Can't see him putting 1m + whatever happens at the TT into Remco, no matter whether Pogi is his new domestique or not.

This 3rd week should be kino. PooAE might tone it down a little with all the interesting. Top 10 is looking exciting. Breakaways will be ravenous for a slice of the pie. France still don't have their victory. A lot to come.

>Well, let's just hope that doesn't happen.
I wouldn't mind, Bora making 4 and 5 at the end would actually be pretty funny. Just imagine...
>Remco cracks
>Lipo is ordered to help him
>Everyone else also has a rough day
>Pogi casually drags del Toro to 2nd while signing autographs during the stage
>Lipo could keep up with Seixas, but isn't allowed, because everybody on Bora is afraid to leave Remco alone
>Remco gets slower and slower, by the time Bora realize their mistake Seixas is also out of reach
>after that, they declare it a successful tour and post videos from the team bus that reek of fake harmony
>we make screenshots from the video with caption "if only you knew how bad things really are"
Sounds good to me.

Interesting, where did you read this? There is clearly something on the market right now. We've seen a lot of riders and teams shadow banned. I'm on the fence whether the WADA and PooCI cabal does actually keep positive tests quiet. Err on the side of no in most cases, Hessman had his career nuked and seemed to have come out as a free man. He's in this tour apparently.

Very curious to see if this goes anywhere or just another Bahrain hotel raid that is shortly forgotten
>>
>>157037934
>just another Bahrain hotel raid that is shortly forgotten
Partly why this next week will be interesting. If teams start toning it down it's very incriminating. If PooAE start to sit off more instead of greeding stages then they're heavily implicated. Pollitt is probably the most blatant rider on their team. His performances have been simply unrealistic. This is the sort of accelerationism I want to see. But I wonder who is behind the inquests. Because there's someone who's orchestrating this.
>>
>>157037793
it’s not wada nor uci doing this
>>
>“The judges of these two jurisdictions have concurrent jurisdiction to rule on requests for nighttime doping controls. A judge of liberties and detention in Paris was therefore indeed contacted by the ITA, pursuant to Article L.232-14-4 of the French Sports Code, to authorise the doping controls that took place on the night of July 18-19."
>Tests between the hours of 11pm and 6am are prohibited, except in exceptional circumstances, when the ITA has to request permission from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)

So there is someone who's very interested in this case. 'Judges'. Judges are extremely political. They trade in favours very often. I do not buy the idea a few judges decided "yes we should test the cyclists they're going well fast haha". I want to know who initiated this. I don't think many people have any idea of what is availabe to the riders, and that has typically been years ahead of doping control. I have heard a few times that there are many fast acting drugs with fast half life's which I assume they were looking for. I wonder what poison is put into their veins over the off season and during training blocks.
>>
>>157038430
Maybe French gov wants to know for their own doping program optimization. They come out finding “nothin” and next year seixas can follow the goat (only during tour ofcourse).
>>
>>157038599
At that point it'll be prudent to pay off the motor doping dudes and stick 600cc under Paul's butt. I don't want him to ever dope. He is sacred.
>>

>>157035264
Too bad Poggers was informed ahead of time. He genuinely looked like he couldn't hack it in that final sprint, even though from the radio it's quite clear the only reason he didn't solo was Burrito begging him to not go because he was barely hanging on.
>>
>>157038793
Are you truly so stupid to believe he isn't doping. Incredible
>>
>>157039217
I can say with 100% certainty he is not doping. Kid from a catholic family in france who's mum still attends the race? Paul has a much more established youth career than poogacar. He is a genuine talent. poogacar suddenly got good in his late teens.

Next two stages will probably be fairly shit. Wednesday might offer something exciting. The alps d'huez will hopefully be brilliant. Even for the scenery. Paul is clean. Pidcock is clean. Any other rider I like is clean. This post is a bump.
>>
>>157042669
It's not going to be the same without Fishboy.
I know it's all memes at this point but I wish we could have seen a few more competitive stages between him and The Dopeur in the fabled third week.
I'm just worried he retires now.
For this tour, all I wish is for someone other than UAE to occupy 2nd and 3d. Evenepoel should take the time trial, The Dopeur will take Montmartre and the remaining mountain stages, unless Burrito feels strong enough to hitch a ride to the finish line.
>>
>>157042812
There was nothing there. The fact poogacar has been faking tiredness is a major sign. cringeshaart is long gone and needs to fuck off now. He's had his fun. He is a pathetic cuck loser. He bitched to poogacar and defends him at every chance. He sucks his dicks after every stage and poogacar barely acknowledges him Cut from the same coin those two. Sooner cringefaart retires, the sooner poogacuck retires too I suspect.

Top 3 is so open because all the contenders seem human. They all have bad days. They all have good days. Remcuck actually surprised me. To stay with a clearly strong burrito is impressive. Day before he was pinged fairly early compared to the rest. Then Paul has a bad day, Ayuso was probably par for the course. It's really tough to call. But as things stand I think the podium is pooshart 1, Remcuck 2 and burrito 3. Pains me to say that. i want Paul to finish first of course, but 3rd would be brilliant for him, the sport, the french and most importantly ME. But I suspect the diarrhoea inducing burrito will nacho cheese himself to 3rd in typical evil sporting fashion. Just like how hispanic teams and athletes manage to find success. Some form of luck they possess where things just go well when they need to.

Had a russian friend in primary school. Like proper Russian. He was different, eccentric to say the least. I feel bad thinking about him because I thought his dad looked like a gorilla. He scared the shit out of me. I was so scared of the family that I pissed myself playing monopoly with them. That is what propaganda does to a kid. Loads of movies and tv shows I watched had anti Russian propaganda. I was so scared of them that it caused a total diplomatic disaster on the micro level, pissing myself in their home. Weakening the great Anglo empire in their eyes. Hope they're doing well. No idea if they stayed. I remember his younger sister loved McDonald's and the parents were into IT living in a humble area.
