>>1316578>young children understand how large spheres work, yet you lack the mental capacity to comprehend the same principle. kill yourself.Young children lack the ability to think critically, that's why we don't let them do anything important until they're 18-21. Why would all of these objects be near perfectly round? Planets, suns, moons, gas giants? Why is it so much warmer near the equator then a few degrees of latitude higher? If the sun is 92 gazillion miles away, why would just a few thousand miles make such a huge change in temperature?
>>1316985>Why would all of these objects be near perfectly round? Planets, suns, moons, gas giants?Because gravity, when left to it's own devices and in the absence of any notable friction, turns things into balls. Think about it this way; if you're trying to push a bunch of objects into each other as closely as possible into the smallest space possible what shape would you get? Gravity is pulling but doing the same thing, trying to get everything as close together as possible. The most efficient shape for that is a sphere (and the realities of the materials are why that sphere isn't perfect).>Why is it so much warmer near the equator then a few degrees of latitude higher?Because the distance to the sun from the equator versus the poles is not the primary reason it's hotter, the suns energy gets spread over a larger area when it hits at an angle compared to straight on like at the equator. As experiment; take a can spray paint and spray and give it a quick spray with the nozzle straight down. Then, lay the spray can on the surface sideways, nozzle to the side and give it a similarly quick spray. You'll notice that the coverage of the head-on is thicker than the glancing blow - same situation with the sun you get more heat energy when hit head on than when hit with a glancing blow.

>>1320688>How exactly does the sun work in a flat earth world? Is it fixed? Does it orbit? If so, how exactly does it orbit? What about the moon? Is it real? Does it orbit, and if so, how? Are all of the countries that have allegedly sent craft into orbit lying? All of them? Why? And why is the reality of a flat earth being covered up by every government on the planet? You have to admit, on the face of it your beliefs don't seem to make any sense.Just for a moment assume that everything you've been taught about physics and gravity could be a lie or simple indoctrination. Use your 5 senses. Does water in a glass curve? Then why would it on a globe earth? Can people walk on the ceiling? Then how do Australians stay on the planet and not fall off.Does a pilot constantly adjust downward to keep from flying off the curve into space? No.Do they bend railroad tracks 8 inches per mile to account for curvature? No.How does gravity work? How come simply flapping wings allows a bird to overcome gravity that hold everything firm to the ground? Can you recreate an orbiting object in a scientific experiment in the same manner that the moon orbits earth or the earth orbits the sun? No, you can't.How does the moon overcome the sun's gravity to orbit the earth even though it's closer to the sun, but somehow we're still bound to the sun?Why are all of the planets, whether they're made of rock, dust or gas all round? What keeps our atmosphere from being sucked out into the "vacuum of space"? Must be something mighty solid, but somehow it still allows rockets to escape and reenter?I have no idea how the sun works, but that one question doesn't negate the factual questions posed above. You have to admit, on the face of it, your blind, unproveable belief in what you were told when you were a child doesn't seem to make any sense.
Does water in a glass curve? Then why would it on a globe earth? It does but a glass of water is so small it the curvature is not noticeable to the human eye.Can people walk on the ceiling? Then how do Australians stay on the planet and not fall off.Gravity is comes from the molten rock inside earth. So no matter where you are on earth you are stuck to it.Does a pilot constantly adjust downward to keep from flying off the curve into space? No.Because gravity is constantly pulling that plane down to earth. You know why plane crashes sometimes happen. A plane cannot fly off into space, motors need air etc.Do they bend railroad tracks 8 inches per mile to account for curvature? NoWhy would they, the earths curvature is not that small that such minor adjusts would be needed. Just put it on the ground, done. Can you recreate an orbiting object in a scientific experiment in the same manner that the moon orbits earth or the earth orbits the sun? No, you can't.I have no idea what you are trying to say.How does the moon overcome the sun's gravity to orbit the earth even though it's closer to the sun, but somehow we're still bound to the sun?The moon is closer to earth so earths gravity has a stronger pull on the moon then the sun.Why are all of the planets, whether they're made of rock, dust or gas all round?Exactly all the planets. What keeps our atmosphere from being sucked out into the "vacuum of space"? Must be something mighty solid, but somehow it still allows rockets to escape and reenter?Gravity keeps the air stuck to earth. Propulsion allows rockets to counter gravity and escape.
>>1320684>The spray can isn't 92 million miles away, and sunlight isn't pressurized pigment dropsTrue, and you can move the spray can away from the surface but the effect becomes less pronounced. There is a lot more energy coming off the sun than out of that can of paint though and it's only a demonstration about how particles hitting a surface at a glancing blow have a reduced effect compared to a direct hit. While the sun isn't shooting drops of pigment it is shooting out charges particles that we receive as light and heat, they behave the same (even effected by gravity the same) but are much, much smaller (made up for be there being many, many more of them).
>>1325289>How does gravity work? How come simply flapping wings allows a bird to overcome gravity that hold everything firm to the ground?I don't think it's correct to say birds (or planes) overcome gravity, they aren't like a rocket. A rocket can get far enough away that the earths gravity it no longer strong enough to hold onto it and it. Birds and planes are always effected by gravity, that's why if they stop flapping or the engines stop running they will fall (slowly at first, the wings of both are designed to glide). Both are constantly fighting against it using air pressure to raise themselves above. It's less they are overcoming gravity and more they are exploiting the density of the air to raise themselves up. We often don't think about it but the air is pressing upon everything all the time, it's rather dense compared to the vacuum of space so just like you can dive underwater and move around with your arms by putting pressure against the water with them birds and planes can do the same in the air by putting pressure against it with their wings.

Not sure if this is the right thread (or board) to ask, but does anyone have a (magnet) link the 2006 volleyball massacre footage? It was a school shooting that had zero media coverage that happened in the midwest, and was recorded by one of the families attending the volleyball match. There exists images from the video on trashchan (TOR chan board), but not the actual video.
>>1325494>you are a dumb larperWater doesn't curve and hold fast to a spinning ball. Until you can prove that it does, the earth can only be described as flat, regardless of how much whataboutism you throw around.
Every planet we can observe is round-ish, every one so I am to believe that Earth is flat, what did the aliens build a planet flattener?
>>1325987Explain what makes every planet round-ish, even though they're allegedly made of different materials with different atmospheres and different moons and different gravitation pulls from le sun? Also, to play devil's advocate, allegedly we're the only planet with life, so one could argue that the flatness of our terra firma allows water to gather and support life, the round planets can't hold water on a spinning ball, ergo they cannot support life.
>>1325949>t. doesn't understand gravity and inertia
Gravity holds water on the planet, even if the planet was flat it would still need gravity to hold the water on it. You just explained why all the planets are round. But please do tell me what other planet out there is flat? Not a single one. I can't tell if you are just incredibly stupid or just a troll.
I really do enjoy and highly recommend you watch the sunrise and later the sunset. It's just so beautiful to see, and something that could not happen if the earth was flat. Anyone can buy a cheap telescope and see all our planets in this solar system are round. So if all the other planets are round, so is earth. When was the last time you saw a solar eclipse that wasn't round?
Anyone can travel and take pictures of the earths curvature. This is one of my favorities.
>>1326047>Explain what makes every planet round-ish, even though they're allegedly made of different materials with different atmospheres and different moons and different gravitation pulls from le sun?Gravity effects things based on mass and distance. The planets are generally round because that's what happens when you pull all mater to a single point (the heavier core of the planets, which are heavier because the heavier components formed into the core before the lighter components made it). They also aren't perfectly round, being technically oblate spheroids. The variance comes from material, the rotation, and the effects of any orbiting bodies. The earth is not a perfect sphere, even discounting the topographical features, because of these forces. The sun does effect the planets, that's why we have orbits, but it doesn't effect the planets enough to overcome their own gravity keeping them sphere-like. One of the things that makes this difficult to understand is the scope of everything. The sun is incredibly far away, 93.92 million miles. To put that into perspective the average person travels less than 50,000 miles in their entire life. We represent it in diagrams with the distance (and sizing usually) not to scale because it's impracticable to have a map that size. Give this a scroll to get an idea for how much space there really is in space.https://joshworth.com/dev/pixelspace/pixelspace_solarsystem.html

The term "conspiracy theorist" itself was created to make truth seekers look like whack jobs to normies. Truth seekers are just that, looking for answers, peeling back layers, just wanting to have discussion with like minded individuals about subjects that are very difficult to learn more about. The fact that on any major forum there can be no discussion of certain subjects, like kike control of everything from media to banks to politics, non-globe earth possibilities, mud floods, Antarctica, a second sun, chemtrails, weather control, tells me every single one of these subjects deserves deep investogation. Streisand effect. I'll add that as a former military pilot, I've never seen curvature at any flight level, I don't nose my yoke down to maintain altitude to keep from flying a straight line into space. I've been to Antarctica, and there are places that are off limits, no cameras allowed, and certain things that make me questions everything we know about the celestial plane that we can observe with our 5 senses.
