Like I said I don't know the legislation in the US (which I assume is the legislation that applies here) but usually if something different is created from a source the property rights belong to the creator of the new creation where the artistic context is a different as of the source material (Freedom of Art). Firefox + uBlock Origin keeps me safe from literally everything. I never knew milfnut or taboofantazy and similar sites had pop ups until I saw people complaining about it here. Out of curiosity I even just went to x-x-x.tube and not a single ad or pop up appeared on any page or video.

I haven't even had to update. A few years ago I switched from firefox to brave browser, using ublock origin on both, and I've never once had to manually update a browser or the ad blocker. I almost forgot popups and ad banners were even a thing.
