Occasionally I'll see a decent-ish fantasy arab but with how desert clothing is like, it usually hides the ears so you can't even tell they're an elf. Wish I could help ya.

Technically the bindings themselves were the work of other gods, but Fenrir refused to be put in the trap (which he arrogantly assumed himself capable of breaking) without a god being willing to put life and limb on the line.
