His incomplete memories made him unable to properly cast spells, so he was forced to refrain from sorcery. Doom 2099 also lacked the wealth and resources of his present day counterpart, which puts him at even more of a disadvantage. The only upgrade he received was an improved suit of armor.With that being said, Doom 2099 either keikakus his way into starting the Fifth Corporate War so he can take over what remains, or gets zeroed by Adam Smasher.
