To be fair 9 different RPG systems or wargames are out of reach for most, I've been playing for decades and I'm not sure I even tried 9 different ones. For RPGs:

>OW/DW (wouldn't count them as different ones)

Now, if you put all /tg/ stuff together then yes, you go way above 9 and can choose, because you also allow wargames and boardgames.

I assumed he meant making 3x3 for all /tg/ things. Boardgames is one of the things most here at least tried out once, but I wouldn't call those boardgamers like the enthusiasts that actually go out of their way to collect and play a bunch of them, so I think it's a relative niche.

I have exactly the same perception. My list would basically just be D&D, GURPS, Rifts and WoD but there are enough subsets to fill out a 3x3 I guess. Plus some OSRs I guess and maybe HERO. I could do it but some of the stuff would arguably be redundant.

If I listed the last 9 board games I played it wouldn't be a very credible list lol.
