Is it weird that I like the idea of my characters being sexy, but don’t have a desire to use it in game in any way? Like I don’t care to RP romance or flirting or really anything that would likely come with the character be super hot, but I enjoy games more if I think of my character as being extra attractive.

I've had players in my games and fellow party members while I was a player use descriptions and art to convey that their character is supposed to be particularly beautiful or handsome. Nothing wrong with that, as it's just more fluff that can build up who a character is and what their motivations might be when role playing. It goes off the rails when people use it as an excuse to break other rules, like violating the boundaries of other people at the table. For example, I had a dating couple where the woman played an attractive elf lady while the boyfriend played a burly dwarf, and they started flirting through their characters.
