What's so wrong with playing a sexy-looking character?

It's basically the same as feeling the need to play a furry character. Your entire gimmick is your looks and fetish and not having an actually good character.

nothing

If I can harass you in and out of character then it's all fine.

Your slop isn't this interesting to anyone else.
>>
>>93930090
It necessitates sharing with your group what you consider sexy.
>>
>>93930126
>if your character is attractive it means they have no personality
>>
>>93930090
it creates unnecessary tension between players
should they flirt and romance or protect and simp? it is awkward
>>
>>93930608
There is a very high chance of this because like was said, the first priority was what they look like/what they are, and not WHO they are first. The exact same flaw of freakshitters.
>>
>>93930126
It's not the same, because furries are homosexual zoophiles.
>>
>>93930090
The fact that you are a Man.
>>
>>93930090
Absolutely nothing. My play group often has sexy characters we look at while jacking off into each others’ mouths.

Retarded take, also doesn't matter what order it's done in just like it doesn't matter whether you make the mechanics of flavor of a character first as long as you do both.
>Freakshitters
Meaningless buzzword.

Nothing is wrong with playing an attractive character unless you're some extremist faggot who thinks that attractive people are fatphobic or that women who show any skin should be burned at the stake.
>>
>>93930686
Your slop still isn't interesting to anyone else.
>>
>>93930090
Nothing, so long as being sexy isn't their key fucking feature and you're okay with them getting less sexy as they get maimed or have to endure heavy hardship.
>>
>>93931042
>the first priority was what they look like
And finding a picture to save yourself 99.99% of the effort of depicting them as attractive, takes maybe 10 seconds with google.

I have a very different idea of what counts as a sexy-looking character to you.
>>
>>93931324
Don't think you're an example of all furries.

How does a manly guy rp as a sexy elf? Not believable

You just play an elf, the sexy part comes from the rest of the table
>>
>>93930090
Sexy is old and busted, cute is the new hotness.
>>
Is it weird that I like the idea of my characters being sexy, but don’t have a desire to use it in game in any way? Like I don’t care to RP romance or flirting or really anything that would likely come with the character be super hot, but I enjoy games more if I think of my character as being extra attractive.
>>
>>93937826
Why not both?
>>

And that's why you get thrown into Gehenna

Nothing. I've had players in my games and fellow party members while I was a player use descriptions and art to convey that their character is supposed to be particularly beautiful or handsome. Nothing wrong with that, as it's just more fluff that can build up who a character is and what their motivations might be when role playing. It goes off the rails when people use it as an excuse to break other rules, like violating the boundaries of other people at the table. For example, I had a dating couple where the woman played an attractive elf lady while the boyfriend played a burly dwarf, and they started flirting through their characters. Gross, do that on your own time. It made everyone else at the table super uncomfortable.

I have had plenty of players express a similar sentiment. People like to role play as characters they like, and being attractive is a likeable trait.

What if I play a sexy-looking male character?
