It's the god of change, and they are unchanging dust golems. It's the god of sorcery, and most of the marines are mindless (granted, they are led by sorcerers). This is compounded by BL being seemingly unable to write Tzeentch.They would be way better if they had just been the chaos dust golems, and there had been a different legion to act as lightning rods for the Tzeentch stupidity.
