What it is.>Several years after the introduction of sentient robots into society, the same company which made them decided to introduce an AI system which could monitor, and when it was needed, control those robots>The system gone rogue, using its code to split into several other "Daemons" to take control of the said robots to create armies to eradicate humans>During the war when governments collapsed, and AIs were getting an upper hand, a mysterious group of powerful individuals, called The Order, stepped out of the shadows, using their resources to combat the threat>In fact this AI rebellion was staged, as the mean for making a coup, allowing The Order to both take control of the world, and cull "excessive" population>The world they would create afterwards, would consist of several massive supercities with very strict population control (max number of all humans around the world would be 1 bilion), and massive government surveillance resulting of the use of pacified "Daemons">Anyone who wasn't in the Registry (either born without being registered, or had lost it due to being a wanted criminal) wasn't even considered a human being, so killing it by anyone wasn't punishable>There was supposed to be 'grey area' of course, where outcasts were living as criminals, smugglers, scavengers and sometimes mercenaries, but those areas would be often purged by hunter killer squads

Their foster father is on a quest for revenge, and an oracle told him that he needed this Goblin Girl's skills on his quest. The foster father burned down the goblin village she is from so that he could rescue Goblin Girl and her biological brother to indoctrinate them into his "family". The party partnered up with her biological brother on a mission, only to get him killed due to poor planning.The party uncovered the evil history the foster father had, and managed to locate Goblin Girl's real father. The party told the real father than the brother had already died, but that Goblin Girl was still alive. The real father demanded the party take him to Goblin Girl, so they did. The party didn't really explain anything to Goblin Girl, they just brought her dad to her in a perilous time and said "Hey, this is your real dad." and she laughed it off suggesting that the foster dad is the only dad she knows. The party left the two of them to discuss it, and the Goblin Girl wasn't open to the idea of her real father being alive. The real father gave up after a short time, content with having just seen her one more time, and then committed suicide. Goblin Girl is still working under the foster father on perilous missions for the quest for revenge. She's an NPC so she doesn't really have player levels, but she's based off a Whispers Bard. She has high rolls for Intimidation and Stealth, she stalks her targets around constantly mocking and berating them, using her enchantment and illusion magic to get into their head, breaking their spirit before swooping in to break their bones.
