>>94701584Hopefully Chorfs and an end to unit spam.
>>94701584>TQ>new factions with 3 units >pity heroes for the rest and battletomes nobody buys >2 factions will get actual releases
>>94701647Aren’t the current rumors that all the stuff some factions missed out on in 3e because of logistical issues is coming in 4e?
>>94701654Where’s that rumour from
>>94701661After sacrificing 13 virgins it came to me in a dream (I forgor)
>>94701664>sacrificing 13 virginsDemn bro, you shoot up your LGS?
hoping to get this Ghurk Glott and his brothers done in the next three weeks>>94701624>>94701624>>94701584also hoping for chorfs. not so I can buy them (unless they flop like darkoath and their box remains on discount at every LGS for years to come) but because I am hopinh somebody scans them so I can print them. Most of all I'm hoping for fun or flavorful rules so I can look for neat chorf proxxies and print them as well. I have a small GSG force and they got their release wave for the next 5 years but I dislike the wolf/raider theme so that was a dud for me.Nurgle is my favorite so I'm hoping we get Pestigors (again, so I can print or proxxy them) or some toad riders. preferably mortal toad riders but I can print the plaguebearer toad riders from Total war warhammer if they'reMost of all, I hope GW has some balls and makes Chaos god specific warriors. last thread some people were discussing it and I agree that they look good. A color swap isn't good enough. tzeentch and nurgle chaos warriors are completely different from each other in more ways than just a paint job and some streaking grime. At the very least an upgrade kit of heads, weapons, and shield would be cool. I can print them but I want other anons who don't have a printer to be able to customize their dudes.Sorry for being a pretentious print fag but once I got a printer it really changes how you engage with the consumption aspect of the hobby.
>>94701711here's a 360. still got lots of small things to color in. won't be hard but it will be tedious to get all the little cuts and gross nurgle bits.is it soulless to detach the brothers on top and use them as proxxies? part of me says that the brother are family and fight together always and thus should be permanently glued or at least attached with sticky putty and always fielded together...
>>94701711>>94701720Damn, brother has a buster arm, fucking sick.
>>94701584Pity heroes for everyone.Hopefully we get range refreshes for Ogres since they're the last old faction and range expansions for DoK/IDK/FS/KO and the other tiny rangesDoes anyone have the warclans battletome? I've heard it's been leaked
>>94701584>What will 2025 bring?Sigmar will figure out that Nagash skimming souls of Stormcasts turns them into mindless killing machines and start an ill-fated crusade against N. Teclis (pissed off on Sigmar because of Penumbral Engines) will stab him in the back in the most inappropriate moment, Engines will fall and the contents of Stormvaults shall spill into Eight Realms. Meanwhile Morathi will be unwittingly weakening chains that bind Slaanesh and S(he) Who Thirsts shall liberate themselves. And in the great tradition of Warhammer everything will go to shit. And Gotrek still won't find Felix.

>>94701808Ogors already arr rook the same unless they're cosplaying other factions.Ogor players even pride themselves on being able to mix every kit as if they all were one

>>94701905They do look good but they absolutely didn’t need to be souped with Gloomspite because they don’t have ANY of their army motifs Ironjawz would’ve been a better fit even if it would’ve been weird still
>>94701946why do they need to fit? you had doom divers and wolf chariots and wolf riders in the same army as squig hoppers and squig herds and night goblins 20 years ago. why cant you have that now?
>>94701971Because the whole point of moving to gloomspite was to focus on caves and the dank aesthetic? We moved away from soup (whether that was a good decision or not)
>>94701891anon, ogres are already all monopose
>>94701971because the army at the time had ALL greenskins and didn't have a theme or a main focus other than the bog standard orcs and goblins, with the weirder stuff being ancillary now it's just a night goblins army with a cave and moon theme
>>94701992> We moved away from soup>orruk warclans soup>ogor mawtribes soup>gloomsoup gitzlol. the only non soup destruction army is behemat. we've been increasing the soup factor ever since 1st edition microfacshits and there are no breaks on this train

>>94702156I got more :3
>>94702177The more I look at those horns the more I think they missed the opportunity to integrate insectoid aesthetics into the faction, exoskeletons fashioned from normal bones would warrant that, I think

>>94702198
>>94702154the wolves live in caves and howl at the moon too, whats your point?

>>94703267>Or that Cos/Dawnbringer settlement building supplement.Currently being furiously rewritten because Dispossessed were kicked out to another game.
>>94702944I think that the main problem is that their legs are really long and gangly and the four-footed design is awkward. It would have been cooler if they had four spider legs which were more pronounced, like the webspinner shaman.
>>94703113I voted for the jezzails because they are a good refresh of a 25-year-old kit that was aesthetically at odds with the rest of the range and only available in failcast.
>>94701624I hope that they have some kind of hobgrot unit that justifies my buying of massive quantities of cheap slittaz off of ebay
>>94703486All the cheap hobs on local ebay got bumped up to store prices as soon as the dedicated kit showed up :(

>>94702815Just as planned
>>94703919I was sarcastic. Wasn't it clear enough?
>>94701584For me? Potentially nothing it all depends on if they keep those RoR's around they they put out at Christmas. They're a step in the right direction, aka back to what we had in 2ed.

Most of them just parrot bullshit they see on reddit and do no actual research or forming of their own opinions
>>94701624>Hopefully ChorfsNah. Much like the Beastmen, they're going to be removed from AoS, and subsequently come back to TOW.
>>94705248granny cooked good
>>94705584>come back They were never there to begin with. Hopefully whatever we get of chorfs in Aos goes harder in the slave department and gets rid of the weird furry shit.

>>94705593>They were never there to begin with.Except they were. They got in in 4th, and then were reintroduced in 8th. All AoS got was the exact same stuff that was in Tamurkhan (except the K'daai destroyer, I think, but for a reason).

SCEs got shafted by vote-splitting. The Ruination Chamber armor theme is the best shit whole year round. Sure, Ushoran and the skaven guy deserve top place due to how cool they are as single models, but 3rd place should have been one of the Ruination gigachads. However, there are like 5 different ones, they all look kind of the same because the theme is the same, and thus none managed to reach Top 5
>>94705248God I hate the lazy excuse for a technique that is grimdark painting. Smearing mud on a mini doesn't make it look good in practice.
>>94705673Answer: you can remove sugar, when there was in fact sugar in the cupboard, in spite of what the other person had said.
>>94705703Do you just like not understand that chorfs aren't an army in aos or something
Post models, what are you finishing or starting the new year with?

>>94705770Starting with some Wardens tomorrow, but I’ll probably interrupt them to paint the manifestations my friend is printing for me because I’m going to my first GT soon and they’ve been approved.
Anyone seen any good kurnothi kitbashes? I have a nomad Prince I want to turn into an arch-revenant and I’ve got everything set up except for the saytr legs, which is hard to fit with the mini’s pose.BoC ones seem too bulky or have chaos iconography on them, I don’t know if the killteam/blackstone 40k ones or bloodbowl ones would work better or if I’m better off looking elsewhere
>>94705248He’s a blacksmith also there’s that fucking huge cauldron he has to carry around
>>94704133I think most of the current WHF holdover left in CoS is going to stay until it’s got a replacement, the steam tank is going to be on the TOW section of the store but I doubt it’s going to cease being playable until there’s some mini cogfort or something taking it’s place. The pure human CoS line is too small to cut sizeable chunks of it and the dwarves without a meaty wave 2 to fill its place. If you could the luminark and hurricanum they’d only have 7 “safe” non-hero units, which is about as anemic as the herohammer Fyreslayers
>>94706495CoS needs at least 3 Auxilary waves (dwarves, elves and mages) and a second Human wave (siege tech and more basic units) before its actually done. It might take years to refresh it properly.
>>94705770Cavalry's here.
>>94705248He’s a bull, not a piss pig like the steelhelm. It does legitimately kind of bother me that they kept all the new CoS infantry in the WHF scale, then made cavaliers and all the heroes in modern aos scale, though. It’s nice to be able to mix bits with empire shit, but it’s really visually odd to have Steelhelms be smaller than skeletons while their marshals look like members of the NBA next to them. Heroes need to be a little bigger or elevated a bit to stand out, but the marshal’s teenage squire is slightly taller than the average steelhelm and it makes the whole thing feel off, like you’re leading sigmar’s most fucked looking child soldiers to war
>>94706527>siege techI think it will be combined with dwarves. What i really want to see is city-realm specific units, greywater gunners, lethis guys utilizing skeletons, ghyranian cos riding big bugs.It would also be nice to get more magical weird mounts to replace demigryphs and gryffons
>>94706527I think all it really needs is a wave 2 that’s as big as the first. I imagine their vision for cities is imperial guard style human core, non-human auxiliaries, but with something like dwarves being extensions of the ironweld and artillery stuff and aelves as whatever niche they decide to stuff them in. Pirates, I hope, because that’s a cool niche nothing else fills. That stuff with a generic warpriest and maybe an order of azyr witch hunter squad as a unit for token human stuff would satisfy me. I don’t really know if they need any more wizards, maybe they can arbitrarily refresh the battlemage kit at some point to sell it for more
>>94706567Losing demigryphs for horses is so lame and they obviously only did it to make them feel more mudcore. I think people love the gargoylians enough that we’ll see heavy cav riding them at some point, though
>>94706589My guess is:>Humans for shooting and chaff, small focus on cav purely because those models are too new to replace>Dwarfs for "elite" infantry anvils, big guns, and war machines - slow and purposeful stuff>Elves for skirmishers, flankers, and magicSlap priests, wizards, and heroes into each race for the synergies and flavors, and that's that. Monsters would - if any stay/get added - probably be the Dark Elf stuff if they never move over with Malekith.
Just found out gw deleted all the old legends stuff, is there a way to still access it?
how are you supposed to play against nighthaunt in the new edition? one unit of bladegheists just rapes my entire army and they rally back all the dead ones whenever i try to weaken it
>>94706723As in the rules and warscrolls of stuff that was legends in 3e? It’s archived in places like wahapedia
>>94706567Don't care for 40k, so dunno - how do they handle IG releases for planets that aren't generic/Cadia guardsmen? Because I'm pretty sure most are just forgotten, like those Tomb of Unknown Soldier looking guys. Because if so I wouldn't expect much in terms of realm specific stuff, with Hammerhall being AoS Cadia. >>94706589I think a lot could be done through one-off Warcry boxes. Like let's say a set of Collegiate sorcerers that gets some understudies plus a new battlemage, or just a team of battlemages. Same could be for aelfs, as they probably won't get love soon, some box of new skirmishers could do wonders for faction livelyness. Anyway, for aelfs I personally would love if it ended up being some sort of high-fantasy bandit (and thus occasional pirate) vibe - their clothes would be humanized, but far more classy and maybe with some throwbacks to woodelf roots, but only as light decor touches. They should give the feeling of being fully integrated into the way a Free City functions.
>>94706744They’re a top tier army even after some nerfs, but I don’t think anyone can help you without at least knowing what faction you’re playing or what your list is built around
>>94706744They got a second set of nerfs recently, but more will likely follow. As of now they are still kind of OP, but GW doesn't want to brake all their legs at once and brick them.
Assorted undead for soulblight makes more sense in Aos than fantasy right?
>>94706816You mean like undead of mixed species? Pretty much, yeah, any race can be a vampire and there’s nothing that really makes any of them easier or harder to raise as zombies/skeletons. You’ve already got zombie ogors as part of the soulblight roster, too
>>94705770I basically painted this as a nightbringer proxy but Im sure you guys wont mind since its an aos model.Spent the last few months of 2024 finishing her up. Im glad I got her done before christmas.
>>94707079Lovely
I think the reason Chaos Dwarfs didn't do well, or as well as GW wanted, was because they were Forgeworld models, and expensive. Now, I know FW had its fanbase, especially when it came to IG, but 40k has always been /the/ game for the majority of Warhammer players. An expensive army to collect at a time when you needed more, more, more and then more as time went on, and few people will spend that kind of money. The sculpts, like the majority of FW sculpts, were amazing. While AoS has mostly good models I'm hoping this won't be like Krieg's GWisized "update" if AoS does get Chaos Dwarfs, killing nearly everything about them that made them awesome in the first place. I have little hope going forward. Please stop with the memetics before something else gets ruined by GW.
>>94701584Soon
This is Model of the Year btw
>>94707150I mean yeah obviously the army made up exclusively of expensive resin FW models, in the game that itself was failing so bad GW killed it off, didn’t do well. Their aos equivalent obviously isn’t just going to be doing the same shit again though either, there needs to be something unqiue to it in order to justify their existence, especially when you can already find eight thousand proxies
its going to be the year of the snake so...maybe a new neferata with the SOVLblightgwaveyards?
>>94707272We have democratically concluded that you're wrong.

>>94705584For them to be introduced to TOW requires GW to fuck around with the resin molds which they won't do. Dark Elfs are also not in TOW, nor are vampires. It's possible, but unlikely with the way the game is currently structured to revolve around the Age of the Three Emperors and factions relevant in that era (plus the magic system which is primitive). Hashut seems to get better namedrops in AoS.Though generally I'd prefer if AoS Chorfs were thematically similar to the Azgorh chorfs since I like them.
I think this guy is p much done. Aside from fixing a few errors or stray paint strokes he's all painted up. Instead we probably get a reimagining of phoenix riders. If we follow the established release patterns of the temples we get one mage, one elemental with named options and one temple unit. >>94709470>We need to finish Water first, True we still need a mage and elemental >even if hippocampus doesn't realy fit the overall Asian theamThe fox for wind also was a wvmpj4eird choice
>>94709470>hippocampus doesn't realy fit the overall Asian theamNeither do kangaroos. I think GW is just making a mix of cool things. High Elves had Phoenix Guard and Swordmasters of Hoeth and Lions of Charace... And it was the latter that were the bodyguard unit. I've never particularly liked that. For me, a bodyguard unit should be designed around staying alive and keeping your guy alive. I don't mind having 2h weapons but to me, they should have the best armour save in the roster. It always annoyed me that Hammerers for Dwarfs were the bodyguard unit but only had Heavy Armour while Ironbreakers had axe + shield AND Full Plate Armour. Made more sense for the bodyguard unit. I'd have been content had Hammerers been able to buy Full Plate upgrade and was immensely disappointed they couldn't in TOW (iirc). But then again I was disappointed with a lot of stuff in TOW in that regard.

>>94709244>For them to be introduced to TOW requires GW to fuck around with the resin molds which they won't do. Yet have done so for other factions, and not just the resin ones but for the metal ones as well. Reworking the molds is not an issue, so long as they're not too badly damaged (like the Landship). The other factions (such as the Dark Elfs or the vampires) are currently not fully supported in TOW, but for more than one reason. Vampires are too integrated into AoS to ever come back to Fantasy. And as I see it, TOW initially coming out with reduced factions, and conservative expectations on the higher-ups' part; expectations which were exceeded greatly. Moreover if the plans for eventually introducing Kislev & Cathay are still up, then the faction which lies between them both would be suitable.>Hashut seems to get better namedrops in AoS.In part I'd say. I thought the Horns of Hashut were pretty neat.>Though generally I'd prefer if AoS Chorfs were thematically similar to the Azgorh chorfs since I like them.Me too desu. Even though Azgorh's Legion came with the Tamurkhan book (in 8th edition), their aesthetics translated very well into AoS.

>>94714928my store has 2. what we dont have is a sylvaneth player. everything else shows up in at least some capacity, with an extreme overrepresentation of soulblight and bonereapers, and a moderate overrepresentation of seraphon and skaven. i want to say the 2 listed death armies probably outnumber the rest of the players in our scene combined, and its a big scene, like 70-80 players overall, regularly have 30-40 man tournaments at our store, with 16 warhammer tables and sometimes spilling over and taking over card tables. slaanesh, khorne, and StD are all quite popular. destruction except GSG are all fairly underrepresented. both dwarf armies have only 2 players each, lumineth and idoneth have a fair spread, i think 3 or 4 each. there is also obviously some overlap with a lot of people owning more than 1 army, and i think almost to a man the players that own DoK also own slaanesh. our faction is thankfully extremely underrepresented with sons of behemat as an army, only 1 dedicated player, though i think probably about 15 people have a mercenary mega that pops up from time to time.

GW just let 40k Chaos Knights players take Chaos Cultists in their army, representing the idea that these god machines are followed by depraved worshippers. Very fluffy and opens up a lot of options for the armyIf GW let Sons of Behemat take some little guys, what little guys would you want and what would the fluff for it be?
>>94715928bonereapers are only very rarely made from one soul or one set of bonesmost of them are crafted by patchworks of souls stitched together to get a particular result while the rest is discarded we don't have an example of a vampire getting used to make a bonereaper, but we've got both arguments for such a possibility and against it:vampires do have a soul, it is simply deeply infused into their physical body, meaning it's not exactly easy to separate the two or to kill one by destroying its body, since even a small part eventually manages to reaggregate/regenerate the rest in due time, like a phylactery but vampires are still underlings of nagash at the end of the day, and the master of undeath has ways to use and abuse them as he pleases, and the bonereapers would likely have ways to do so tooone interesting option you could explore is the idea that the bonereapers would craft a master warrior, taking from the bones and souls of various swordsmen, and top it off with the skull of a vampire, as well as a part of his soul with a particular set of swordskills, embedded into the constructexcept that the bonereapers, by discarding the rest of the vampire, would essentially give it a chance to survive and reformmaybe it's not a given that a vampire would be able to do so and may depend on the type of element he was deprived of or the vampire's willpower, but lets say he does in this caseyou have immediately built up a strong dynamic between a new bonereaper character and the (now perhaps headless) enduring vampire with a bone to pick with the construct made with his own skull and skill

>>94716258>and there wouldnt be any problem with ityes, there would in the same way giving naked retards to an army characterised by its armour was a problem, and ardboys getting redesigned so that their armor looks like brutes despite the fluff difference was a problem, or how the new character they made for the army was a smith despite the army not using smithing to begin with but bashing armor in place with fists, or how all conversions with ironjaws with helmets are actually against the canon they established for them not using helmets unlike ardboysremember how they didn't let anyone join them except ardboys at best because they're disciplined and can make their own armour? and then they got bonesplitters, but at least they're all brutals and not sneaky cowards, right? and then they got kruleboys, but at least not goblins, right? and kruleboys have goblins anything you do with them that isn't just a brute in different sizes or a pig with different sizes (and lets not forget the great creativity of this thread when they suggested mawkrushas in different sizes) simply sits ill with them because they drew a way too narrow-minded concept for them

On top of that the fact that new warbands don't even come with decks anymore, it's either the 4 from the new box or spend like 20+ to get one seperate. If the game was seriously changed i'd understand but it's the same shit with some slight rule changes and the boards being differently sized. (And also getting rid of casting) but I don't get to use my old shit.
I didn't think Kruleboyz had it too bad but I looked at their range and tried building a small fun army and damn these guys suck ass, these point costs are fucking garbage relative to their useless abilities and pretty midling weapons wtf. How does GW expect you to play these guys. They don't even really seem playable under 1k either.
>>94720620You mix them with Ironjawz. Though gonna be real I got no clue I play death
>>94720398Side note, how are the new warbands anyways? And how easy would it be to just slap them together with an old rivals deck and call it a day.
>>94712261Chorfs will be like Votann and get 6 kits and GW will nerf their initially OP rules with the K'daai Destroyer being massively overcosted for how shitty it is after the nerfs, then GW will look at the declining sales and decide the second wave isn't worth it without apparently being able to tell it's their own fault it's not selling. Chorfs will then be pulled from the store in 6th edition (2029) and spend another 10 years in "coming soon" hell before getting another release. TOW, I assume, will get sculpts from the 1990s and even a rare re-release of the Juggernaut from the 1980s (this will also be overpriced for what it is).
>hmmm I want some rat ogres to kitbash into drukhari grotesques>should I buy the new ones from 2024 on ebay for 33 dollars>or the older ones that are OOP for 60 dollarsTough choice, ebay scalpers, tough choice!
>>94720620>tried to replace classic orks with urak-hai emaciated guys>make them total shit>wonder why no one plays themA GW classic.
>>94721170>>94720620What is it with Kruleboyz? They feel like the middle child of orcs. GW made them from thin air and put obvious effort to make them unique with a cohesive aesthetic which took some balls tbf. But haven’t they been middling to bad since their arrival? I honestly think it’s their schtick that creates the issue and how GW handles it. They’re the sneaky stealth army but they are also primitive and lack recursion. GSC is the guerilla horde army but they have recursion and crossfire setups. KB kind of just give you debuffs and then get stomped cause throwing sand into your eye doesn’t do much vs a blood warrior in 600lbs of armor. I feel like thematically they’re just behind the other factions that have magic or demigod-hood or brute strength or tech or faith to give them a fighting chance. KB dont seem to have any of this. Maybe in a long term guerilla battle they’d wear down their foes but I just don’t imagine them beating anyone in pitched battle.I think they should lean more into the beast taming thing. Make them hunters instead of “kunning orcs.” Let them rely on their big beasts and pack masters and knowledge of the landscape to win instead of blowing loud horns or throwing marbles at your feet to give you minus -1 to hit. That would be cool. We already are halfway there with the mire brute trog, sludgeraker and giant condor etc. these things should be crushing ogres and blood warriors and ironjawz. Give them bone trophies and giant alligators and salamanders with handlers like the squig herders. I think that would be cool.
>>94721345Should have given them guns.
>>94721345>GW made them from thin air and put obvious effort to make them unique with a cohesive aesthetic which took some balls tbf.Other unique GW armies that either got limited or no support like Fimir, Kroot, Squats all went the same way. GW makes a product and then sabotages it and wonders why no one wants to buying. Kruleboyz are the same. If they squat them it'll just be another funny footnote in 10 years "these guys existed" and people wondering why GW didn't just give them better rules instead of killing an entire army
>>94721345It seems GW isn't keen on destruction armies having clever tricks and such. Kruelboyz are the kunnin' ones of the lot, so they got a bit of them, but only if the dice rolls agree because, well, even as the designated smart ones you can't have reliable such in destro. And so Kruelboyz do ok in the meta, but not great, because they have their power level stuck to the dice rolls' normal distribution.Ironjaws meanwhile don't get any of the tricks really, but in return... don't really get the combat monster profiles to make up for it. (That went to the Bad Bromance couple of Arky and Belle.) And so they end up around the bottom, alongside the somewhat likewise suffering ogres and "Who the hell thought this would make for a functional army?" giants.Pulling themselves out of that mental cul-de-sac and, for example, letting Kruelboyz be a more reliable buff/debuff army (possibly also leaning into the menagerie approach you had, some big monsters synergizing with units of orc handlers seems like it could be a good thing to build around), while if ironjaws are supposed to have little beyond "hulk smash" then they also need to smash like the hulk.>>94721376Man, those are some heavy "armchair games designer" vibes you have there, generously marinated in a general sense of entitlement.
>>94721460>Man, those are some heavy "armchair games designer" vibes you have there, generously marinated in a general sense of entitlement.>believing the company should make viable armies instead of squatting them is entitlementAre you even being paid or do you do it for free?
>>94721460I'm frankly shocked they haven't made a unique mechanic where you can plop traps around the field or some shit. Like ewok styled logs that swing in, or bear traps, or like anything. Just give them some cardboard tokens that you pur somewhere upside down and flip later, make your opponents have to play around them and give your dudes abilities to push people in.
>>94720620>How does GW expect you to play these guyswell in the index you teleport around squads of boltboyz and then buff up gutrippaz to do 2 mortal damage on 5s to hit and either getting the charge via kragnos or baitng an enemy charge and them making them strikes last via noisy racket (a gamble) while using cheap small squads of monsta killaz for screening and grabbing objectives. it actually works okay but does have quite a bit of RNG on the tricks. however, the upcoming battle tome removed the 2 damage on gutrippaz buff, and also now makes you choose between teleporting a unit or getting the 5+ mortal damage. so kruleboyz in general are being nerfed into the dirt in the upcoming battletome and i wouldnt be surprised to see either their winrate or their points drop by 30%
>>94721037Stormcast are really good but average and bland to play all around, the true beginners warband. Skaven are really swingy and fragile and require a lot of planning ahead. Seraphon honestly feel a bit busted but maybe I've just been rolling hot with them since they can do damage as a reaction to failed attacks which inspires them on top of that so they snowball pretty hard once you get to later rounds with equipment.>old rival deckI never played old Underworlds but my assumption is that the old cards are not valid at all anymore. There's no more faction cards so the decks in the starter set can be used with any old warbands, you just need the ability cards. All the rules for the old warbands that have not been reboxed yet are free on Warcom and if you have any Warbands that got squatted GW made cards and generic ability cards for all of those so you can still use them. The only downside is if you own any reboxed Warbands you'll need to find a way to get their new ability cards. You can easily make your own for free just by looking at their review on goon hammer or just find someone on YouTube unboxing them and screen cap the ability card there.tl;dr the starter set + Warcom downloads let's you play literally anything easily
>>94721603>be completely busted if you can play well and roll lucky>this is unacceptable to GW because you’re not allowed to win a tourney by chance >you COULD remove the random chance for failure randomly given to destruction armies that others get guaranteed >nerf the army into the ground instead so it is both hard to play and mediocre at high levels>also buy gobsprak please BRAVO JAMES
>>94721603What'd they replace the sludgeraker ability with?
>>94722445>this is unacceptable to GW because you’re not allowed to win a tourney by chanceBoomthirster Spam Slotmachine goes brrrr
>>94717986Wasn't that a repurposed Fantasy kit?
>>94718777GW really dropped the ball by having Kruleboyz instead of Fimir, would it really have been that hard to just not mention the rape thing? It's not like any other faction (besides I guess the Death ones) mention how they reproduce.

>>94722809>you have to take an equal number of units from each side for the army rule to work For fucks sake James im not building a tiny force of both I just wanted to add one or two ironjaws units

>>94722847NTA but they have a nice Hensonesque monster design with a visual vocabulary that doesn't overlap majorly with preexisting model ranges and have some fluff idiosyncrasies that make them potentially a very versatile complement to the roster of Destruction factions.
