I'm running a Ravenloft campaign and looking for short adventure ideas I can adapt from other books, settings, or RPGs. Ideally periods that range from the medieval era up through late victorian/early industrial revolution, with dark and/or gothic vibes. Nothing long, a session or less even. Don't care about system or settings, I can adapt stats, names, etc. as appropriate. Mostly looking for the adventure hooks and story themselves.Would greatly appreciate if any of you guys have ideas or recommendations on stuff to check out for this! Also, post other Ravenlofty stuff in this thread. Have always loved the corruption, horror, madness, outcast rating, sinkholes of evil, and other aspects of the setting that really mechanically embolden the dark gothic tones.
>>94757732>Ravenloft Insponot in this message board unless you win the lottery. You will be accused of trying to steal the ideas of these worthless retards or that you are lazy. Or some other stupid shit. search the archive for ravenloft, there are few threads that are very useful (night of the walking dead, thoughts of darkness, dark sun and a bit here and there).
>>94757732You could read Gormenghast, or A Red & Pleasant Land. And endless castle full of warped & evil nobility and twisted peasants is a Domain of Dread if I ever saw one.
>>94757732Medieval era is probably the worst period to draw inspo for anything like Ravenloft. You should look back to the more ancient mythology and its descriptions of the underworld.
