I know the generators are in the OP but I can't seem to wrangle it like the anons in this thread with more practice.

Making a small (1ft tall) fairy flavored as an sentient insectoid. Mostly drawing on a praying mantis motif. Greenish brown or regular green.

Running the background is he was spawned by the hive to seek out a new nest for the coming queen who is still in larval form. He will communicate with the party via a bug that simulates common best it can. All the spells will be various forms of insects as well leaning into the entomancer vibe. So going to have fun with that.

I just keep coming up with straight up praying mantises through the generator though even when adding humanoid or half-human. I would like it heavily insectoid but not a simple bug. Would anyone be willing to take a crack at it?

Damn, how did you nail it? It's not great but I tried with

>black and white cartoonish comic art, jhonen vasquez style, thick hard lines, heavily stylized, abstract, ink spatters, invader zim style,
>>
>>94779630
>style of Jhonen Vasquez, a screenshot from the cartoon Invader Zim. small body big head, geometric proportions, muted contrasting colors, thick bold ink lines, bold outlines, large round eyes

I don't think "Jhonen Vasquez" does much though. if I was short on space I'd probably toss it. It's not enough to tell it to do a certain specific style, you have to reinforce the particulars like big head small body, big round eyes, etc.

A type of Jotun I think. Gaelic for sure, might be wrong type of giant, forget which story I read about them in, but they always stuck with me.
They're the nightmares that trees have when they dream.
>>
>>94779792
Cute demented Piro

It's almost literally the same prompt. I was trying it out because I thought they were similar

>a screenshot from the cartoon Powerpuff Girls. small body big head, geometric proportions, bright contrasting colors, thick bold ink lines, bold outlines, large round eyes, a minimalist city skyline in the backdrop

Like the other one, it could probably use a bit of fine tuning. I probably didn't need geometric proportions for PPG. If its giving you a hard block it's probably because something else in your prompt is not safe for it. Like disney & violence.

Anyone have suggestions for me?
I've done Bruce Timm, Hanna-Barbara, Magic School Bus, etc.etc. already I'm running low on ideas.

"Paladins are not stupid, and in general there is no rule of Lawful Good against killing enemies. The old adage about nits making lice applies. Also, as I have often noted, a paladin can freely dispatch prisoners of Evil alignment that have surrendered and renounced that alignment in favor of Lawful Good. They are then sent on to their reward before they can backslide.

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth is by no means anything but Lawful and Good. Prisoners guilty of murder or similar capital crimes can be executed without violating any precept of the alignment. Hanging is likely the usual method of such execution, although it might be beheading, strangulation, etc. A paladin is likely a figure that would be considered a fair judge of criminal conduct.

The Anglo-Saxon punishment for rape and/or murder of a woman was as follows: tearing off of the scalp, cutting off of the ears and nose, blinding, chopping off of the feet and hands, and leaving the criminal beside the road for all bypassers to see. I don't know if they cauterized the limb stumps or not before doing that. It was said that a woman and child could walk the length and breadth of England without fear of molestation then...

I am not going to waste my time and yours debating ethics and philosophy. I will state unequivocally that in the alignment system as presented in OAD&D, an eye for an eye is lawful and just, Lawful Good, as misconduct is to be punished under just laws.

Lawful Neutrality countenances malign laws. Lawful Good does not.

Mercy is to be displayed for the lawbreaker that does so by accident. Benevolence is for the harmless. Pacifism in the fantasy milieu is for those who would be slaves. They have no place in determining general alignment, albeit justice tempered by mercy is a NG manifestation, whilst well-considered benevolence is generally a mark of Good." -Gary Gygax 2005

Another song I'm tinkering with, trying to do verses based on the Major Arcana of the tarot.
Realized halfway through that I'm going to overshoot the max character count at this rate, so I might have to do the rest as a second song. So far it's been fun to figure out lyrics though.

I've got a thing going on where some ships have their own spirits which can manifest physical form. One plotline I'm putting together involves the party finding a barely-alive one inhabiting a crippled shipwreck, and nursing it back to health as a byproduct of their own efforts to escape the castaway island. Pic related, the spirit at a few points along its path to recovery.

Having lost its memory during its long torpor, it is unaware of the sadistic, marauding warship it once was. What sort of entity it grows into will depend largely on how the players choose to guide it.
