As it says on the tin, post about goblins that aren't stacked sexpots. Nice goblins, regular goblins, any kind of goblin other than the sex goblin
>>
for instance, I'm a big fan of the novel Gloomspite by Andy Clark. It's about the Bad Moon rising and it's horrible light turning a city into a goblin haven full of bugs and mushrooms. It perfectly blends scary goblin and goofy goblin by showing that goofy goblin can be very scary

The goblins of Final Fantasy XI are good goblins too. hey're more like gnomes than anything else, weird little tinkerers. Sometimes they fight you but they aren't inherently bad
>>
GW has made big strides in goblins with their upcoming goblin and wolf model range. really great stuff

goblins working with Orcs is fun too. But I think Goblins should always be able to stand on their own. I'm not happy at all with the state of Grotts in 40k, where they're always attached to Orks.

I haven't played Dragon's Crown but I like this goblin art

The goblins in FF14, though, summoned an entity that was so passive destructive that it created a time paradox to kill itself before it destroyed the world.

Yeah, they've now got both funny silly goblins and cool nasty goblins.

I like the gobbers from the Iron Kingdoms: they're a Dhunian(read: associated with the wild and generally regarded as primitive) race who, unlike the other Dhunians, have managed to integrate themselves into society almost totally. Because of this, they've spread practically as far as humans have, to the point that anywhere you find humans you'll almost certainly find some gobbers.

They're well known for their technical aptitude, and are often employed because their small size and dexterous nature makes them incredible mechanics. Gobbers are also well known for being expert scavengers, and that one two punch means many of them make names for themselves as a sort of wandering mechanic: moving from village to village, town to town, plying their trade to fix all sort of mechanika and other devices.

To me, this is the best way. All different in size, features, and for game purposes, threat level; but all goblins. You look at any of these fuckers and you're like, "that's a goblin."

I disagree, I think it's important for goblins to be small. Big goblins are trolls

It also makes them look more unnatural. Like they were created by some dark force as oppose of being natural.
