A small one I've fallen into is a chap called basement1908. Nothing special, he's just playing solo games of mainly ACW and medieval fantasy in his, well, basement. Found him looking for a "how to" of Sharpe Practice and being a bit ACW-curious, and just got slowly absorbed. Not flashy, most would probably find it a bit slow and dull (I'll admit I do too, occasionally) but it's 'real' gaming that has inspired me to do some solo play myself to get out of a nogames and nopaint funk.

KrakDuk is pretty entertaining for WH40k lore stuff. WesHammer is a fat nerd with a terribly forced smile and that "tiktok delivery" sometimes, but he also has pretty good videos on it too.
Dungeon Dad has nice chill videos about more obscure DnD monsters, and conversions for later versions at the same time.
